ヒト、フォルマリンの注入固定、セロイディン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 100.
図の最上部が胸膜に被われた肺の表面である。ただし、胸膜そのものは-
この拡大では確認できない。胸膜は少量の結合組織によって裏打ちされ、
肺の実質に密着して、これを包む。ここに見えている肺の実質は肺胞の--
みである。図の左半分に一個の肺胞嚢が見られる。------------------

The uppermost portion is the surface of the lung, covered with pleura
and subpleural connective tissue. Beneath these there are exclusively
alveoli. In the left half an alveolar sac is seen.--------------------
