呼吸器 18. 呼吸細気管支

ヒト、フォルマリン注入固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 50.
画面の左上から右下方に走る管の右端の部分から上壁にかけて、粘膜
上皮で被われている部分は終末細気管支であり、その粘膜下には肺動-
脈の枝が伴行している。一方その対岸（下方）の壁には肺動脈の枝は--
見られず、粘膜上皮が見られない。この部分が呼吸細気管支で、これ--
は右端で２本の呼吸細気管支に分かれている。--------------------

From top left to lower right, one terminal bronchiole with conspicuous wall --
of mucous epithelium is seen. Beneath the mucous membrane there is a ----
concomitant branch of the pulmonary artery. Its lower wall without mucous--
epithelium is the beginning of a respiratory bronchiole, which divides at right -
end into 2 respiratory bronchioles.------------------------------------
