呼吸器 21. 終末細気管支と呼吸細気管支．

ヒト、フォルマリン注入固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 400.
画面上部の空間が終末細気管支から呼吸細気管支へ続く空気の通路である。
上皮は画面の左半分では単層円柱繊毛上皮であるが、右に行くにつれて細---
胞の丈が低くなって、繊毛を持たない円柱上皮となる。この部分が終末細-----
気管支である。この上皮は画面の中央で途切れて毛細血管で置き換えられ、--
その右に２個の円柱細胞が見られるが、それより右側は毛細血管のみで、----
上皮細胞は見られない。毛細血管の部分は、光学顕微鏡では見えないが、----
肺胞上皮で被われており、肺胞そのものの壁であり、この部分が呼吸細気----
管支である。画面の下半分の空白部は肺胞そのものである。---------------

The upper portion of the field is the lumen of the terminal bronchiole to the
respiratory bronchiole. The left half of it is the terminal bronchiole, being --
lined with ciliated columnar epithelium, the right half has, on the contrary, -
no epitheliar lining but capillary blood vessels, this portion is the respiratory
bronchiole. Lower half of this field is occupied with alveolar cavities.-------
