画面の中央で７個の肺胞に開いている空間が肺胞嚢である。ここでは
肺胞の開口部を囲む平滑筋繊維は見られない。------------------

At middle of this field 7 alveoli open into one common central space, that is -----
the lumen of alveolar sac. At each opening of alveoli no encircling smooth muscle
