呼吸器 25. 肺胞中隔.

ヒト、フォルマリン注入固定、ハラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 400.
これは４個の肺胞を境している肺胞中隔である。画面の右側を縦に走る--
中隔の中央部の左側に位置する正円形の核を持った四角い細胞がII型細-
胞であり、その右上で右の肺胞に面し、胞体内に黒い顆粒を含む細胞が--
肺胞大食細胞である。画面の左側の上部で左側の肺胞に面している正円-
形の核を持つ細胞もII型細胞である。毛細血管が肺胞中隔の厚さの全部--
を占めていることがよく分かる。この画面にはI型細胞と同定できる細------
胞は見当たらない。----------------------------------------------

This is to show the alveolar septum, bordering with 4 alveoli. At middle of ---
rightly situated septum, one quadrangular cell containing a round nucleus is --
the Type II cell and upper right to this one alveolar macrophge containing ---
carbon particles isseen. At upper left there is also one type II cell facing to --
the left alveolar lumen. It is evident that the capillary mesh work occupy-----
the hole thickness of the alveolar septum but no type I cell can be identified -
in this figure.-------------------------------------------------------
