腎臓10． 糸球体と糸球体嚢

ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、ｘ 600.

これは「腎臓 7」の右上の部分の強拡大である。図の右端に尿細管の主部の---

断面とその左下に接して集合管の始まりの部分（結合部）がみられる。この---

主部の左に接してボウマン嚢の繊維皮膜とその内面を被う上皮細胞の核が観---

察され、それからボウマン腔を隔てて糸球体が画面の大部分を占めて左方に---

広がる。糸球体では毛細血管の表面に付着している、おおきな比較的明るい----

核と淡い紫色に染まった胞体を持つ「足細胞」が、多数、明瞭に認められる。-

更に毛細血管の内皮細胞の核とメザンギウム細胞の核も識別できる。------------

This is a high power magnification of the upper right portion of “Kidney 5”.---------

The right end of this figure occupy a section of proximal convolutions and-----------

a section of the beginning portion of collecting tubule. Left to this proximal-------^

convolution there is the Bouman’s capsule consisting of fibrous capsule and--------

inner covering simple squamous epitheliar cells. Facing to this across the-----------

Bowman’s space a large mass of Glomerulus fills the remaining big space of--------

this igure. In the glomerulus numerous podocytes, attaching to the surface of------

capillaries and providing a large nucleus and faintly violet staind plenty cytoplasm,

are conspicuously noted. And more, some nuclei of capillary endotheliar cells-------

and that of mesangium cells are also detectable.--------------------------------------------
