ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、ｘ 600.

「腎臓 7」と同じ標本。画面の中央右に尿細管の主部（近位曲尿細管）の横断面、---

その左に介在部（遠位曲尿細管）の断面が見られる。主部の上皮細胞は丈の高い---

単層立方上皮で、自由表面に著明な刷子縁（微絨毛）を持つ。細胞質は酸性染料---

に濃染し、M-G染色では濃赤色を呈し、特に細胞の基底部には基底膜に直角に密-^

に並んだ基底線条が見られる。核は円形で比較的淡染し、１個の著明な核小体を持-

つ。細胞相互間には境界線はみとめられない。この標本では主部の内腔が比較的広-

く、その輪郭線には凹凸が見られないが、これはむしろ例外である。介在部の上皮-

細胞は主部のそれよりも丈が低く、自由表面に刷子縁を持たないので、管の外径の

割には内腔が広く、一つの断面における核の数も主部よりは多い。細胞質は酸性染

料に好染するが、主部よりは淡い。細胞境界は自由表面に近い狭い範囲でみとめら

れる。これらの尿細管の周囲は毛細血管の網工で埋め尽くされている-----------------

The same specimen as “Kidney 7”. At middle right of this field a transverse section-----

of the proximal convolutions, and left to this the one of the distal convolutions are-----

seen. The constituting epitheliar cells of the proximal convolutions are simple high----

cuboidal in shape, but no cell boundary is discernible. They provide very conspicuous--

brush border(microvilli) on the free surface. Their cytoplasm shows strong affinity to-

acid dyes and with M-G stain it is colored deep red. The constituting cells of the distal-

convolutions are low cuboidal in shape and provide no brush border so that in one------

section their lumen is wider than that of proximal convolutions and number of----------

constituting nuclei is also more numerous. Their cytoplasm shows also acidophily-------

but less strong than proximal convolutions. The cell boundary is only near the free----

surface discernible. Very highly developed capillary meshwork surrounds these--------
