ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、ｘ 400.

図の上、右及び下を占めている赤く濃染した管が主部の曲部（近位曲尿細管）で、

これに囲まれている管腔が広く、壁の薄い管が介在部（遠位曲尿細管）である。----

これらの間の隙間は赤血球で満たされた毛細血管で埋められている。主部の曲部----

では上皮細胞の丈が高いのと自由表面に著明な刷子縁を備えているので、内腔が狭-

く、かつ不規則な輪郭を示す。主部の曲部の特徴については「腎臓 17」参照。-----

The proximal convolutions, deeply reddish stained and providing narrow irregular-

lumen, and the distal convolutions, less deeply reddish stained and providing wide

lumen, are shown. Spaces among these tubules are filled with capillary meshwork.
