ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、x 500.

画面中央右の赤く濃染した太い管が主部の直部（近位尿細管の直部）で、その右に

もう一つ主部の直部の断面が見られる。中央左の細胞境界が明瞭な上皮で縁取られ

た太い管が集合管である。この集合管の上に隣接する細い管と、中央下部の三角形

の断面を示す細い管が、ヘンレのループの細い部分である。これらを縁取る上皮細

胞は極端に扁平で、核だけが管腔に突出しているようにみえる。画面の右下部に見

られる細胞境界が明瞭な細胞で縁取られた太い管は集合管で、その右に隣接する核

だけで縁取られている管はヘンレのループの細い部分である。これら以外のやや赤

く染まった丈の低い上皮で縁取られている管は全てヘンレのループの太い部分であ

At middle left there is a collecting tubule consisting of cells with clear cell boundary――-

andcolorless cytoplasm. Above this a small narrow tubule constituted with flattened------

nuclei is seen, this is the thin descending limb of loop of Henle. At middle right there―--

are two large tubules consisting of deeply reddish stained epitheliar cells; they are the---

straight portions of proximal tubules. Other tubules of medium sized caliber consisting--

of moderately reddish stained low epitheliar cells are almost the thick portions of loop---
