腎臓 24. 髄質の外帯 ３.

ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、ｘ 400. (厚さ３μｍの標本)

これは「腎臓 7~13」と同じ厚さ３μｍの標本であり、尿細管各部の詳細がよく観察

できる。画面の右下約１/３の範囲を占める９個の断面は主部の直部で、上皮細胞は赤

く濃染し、細胞の自由表面に著明な刷子縁を備えている。これらに囲まれて１個のヘ

ンレのループの太い部分が見られる｡画面の左上約２/３の範囲に、３個の太い管が見

られるが、これらは集合管であり、細胞境界が明瞭な、胞体の明るい上皮細胞で縁取

られている。これらのうちの右上の管のすぐ右下に隣接する1個に細い管がヘンレの

ループの細い部分で、極めて扁平な細胞体は光学顕微鏡では確認することが困難であ

り、核だけが管腔に突出して見える。これら以外の管はヘンレのループの太い部分で

　あり、やや淡く赤く染まった丈の低い上皮細胞で縁取られ、外径のわりに内腔が広い。

これらの管の周囲は緑色に染まった結合組織で埋められており、その中には多数の毛

細血管が存在する。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the same section of “Kidney 7~13” of 3μm thick, so that the fine structures-----

of each portion of the urinary tubules are well distinguishable. In about 1/3 of lower----

right of this field, there are 9 sections of the straight portion of the proximal tubule,----

consisting of tall and deeply reddish stained epitheliar cells with conspicuous brush------

border at free surface. Surrounding by them one thick portion of loop of Henle,---------

constituted with less deeply reddish stained low epitheliar cells. In about 2/3 of upper---

left of this field 3 big collecting tubules are seen. They consists of cuboidal epithiliar----

cells with evident cell border. Lower right to the uppermost of them, there is a thin-----

portion of loop of Henle, being constituted with very flattened epitheliar cells, so that--

only nuclei protruding into the lumen are recognized. Others are almost the thick-------

portions of thick portion of loop of Henle, whose epitheliar cells are low cuboidal and--

less deeply reddish stained. They are smaller in outer diameter than the straight-------

portion of the proximal tubules but larger in caliber.--------------------------------------------
