ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G染色、ｘ 300.

画面中央下部に横たわる太い管が集合管である。その上皮細胞は丈が高くなり、

円柱上皮様となるが、その胞体は殆ど染料に染まらず、細胞境界は極めて明瞭---

である。この集合管の上から左下に隣接している管腔の広い管がヘンレのルーー-

プの太い部分であり、さらにこの上に隣接する、核だけで縁取られているよう----

見える細長い管がヘンレのループの細い部分である。太い部分の上皮細胞は丈----

が低く、胞体は酸性染料によって中程度に赤く染まる。細い部分の上を水平に----

走っている管は、管腔がやや開いた毛細血管である。----------------------------------

At lower middle there is a section of the collecting tubule, consisting of tall columnar----

epitheliar cells. Their cytoplasm is almost colorless and cell boundary is conspicuous.―--

Above and left to this collecting tubule is a longitudinal section of a thin portion of the---

loop of Henle, consisting of low cuboidal epitheliar cells stained less reddish. Above this--

one longitudinal section of a thin portion of the loop of Henle of narrow lumen, lined----
