尿管 2.　尿管の上皮．

尿管の粘膜上皮は移行上皮である。移行上皮の特徴は管腔の広がり具合で上皮細胞、--

特に最表層の細胞の形が変化することであるが、これについては「膀胱1~4」を見よ。

この移行上皮を裏打ちするのは繊細な結合組織繊維からなる粘膜固有層であり、上皮---

の直下にはよく発達した毛細血管網が存在する。尿管では粘膜筋板が認められないの---

で、粘膜固有層は明らかな境界なしに粘膜下組織に移行する。------------------------------

The mucous epithelium of the ureter is the transitional epithelium, which changes form

and layers of epitheliar cells according to the distension of the lumen; see “Urinary-------

bladder 1~4”. The epithelium is underlined by fine loose connective tissue, lamina--------

propria, shifting to the submucosa without any perceivable boundary. Directly beneath-

the epithelium there are well developed capillary meshworkes.--------------------------------
