膀胱 1.

ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 8.

膀胱の壁は粘膜・粘膜下組織・筋層・漿膜からなる。粘膜は移行上皮である粘膜

上皮とそれを裏打ちする粘膜固有層からなり、粘膜固有層は境界なしに粘膜下組-

織に移行する。筋層は厚く、様々な方向に走る平滑筋束が複雑に交織している。

これらの筋肉は、収縮すると膀胱の内腔を狭め、膀胱に溜まっている尿を体外に-

The wall of the urinary bladder consists of mucous membrane, submucosa, muscle layer,

and serosa. Mucous membrane is composed of the transitional epithelium and lamina----

propria, which shifts to submucosa without any evident boundary. The muscle layer is--

thick and consists of numerous smoose muscle fiber bundles constituting a complex------

textile. Contracttion of the muscle layer causes discharge of urine.----------------------------
