ブタ、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、マッソン−ゴールドナー（M-G）染色、ｘ 25．--
ブタでは小葉間結合組が豊富であり、これがM-G染色では緑色に染まっているので、
肝小葉の輪郭が明瞭である。肝小葉の中心部に中心静脈があることもよくわかる。--
