ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、Ｍ−Ｇ染色、ｘ 400．
これは肝臓34の拡大で、画面の中央やや右下に1個のヘリング管の-------
横断面が認められる。胆管系の起始部であるヘリング管は、横断面では、---
染料の色を取らない明るい胞体の中に小円形の核を持つ細胞4個からなり、-
これが狭い管腔を囲んでいる。この図では、ヘリング管の腔と肝細胞索の----
胆毛細管が直接連なっていることが明らかに観察される。また図の左上部---
では肝細胞索の中軸部を貫通している胆毛細管が明瞭である。　　　-------

This is the higher magnification of Liver 34. At lower right there is --------
a canal of Hering, which, transversally sectioned, consists of 4 small ------
cells of clear cytoplasm containing a round nucleus. The direct continuation
of its lumen with bile canaliculus of hepatic cell cord is evident. At upper --
left a bile canaliculus through a hepatic cell cord is also clear.------------
