固定液で還流固定、パラフィン包埋、ｘ 160．肝臓30.の拡大.
この標本では、還流固定のために類洞が拡大して空になっている。-----
類洞と肝細胞索の間は各種の造血細胞で満たされており、その中に----
赤血球芽細胞や白血球芽細胞が識別される。画面の左下部に1個の----
巨核細胞が認められる。----------------------------------------

Human embryo in the 6. month of gestation, perfusion fixation
with paraformaldehyde and glutaraldehyde fixative, embedding
with paraffin, H-E stain, x 160.---------------------------
In this preparation, because of perfusion fixation, sinusoids are-----
widened and empty. The space between sinusoids and hepatic cell---
cords is densely filled with various kinds of hemopoietic cells, among
that erythroblasts and leucoblasts are identified. At lower left there
is a megakaryocyte.-----------------------------------------
