「卵巣13」の拡大。この画面左約1／5は卵胞膜内層で、やや小さい楕円形の明るい---

胞体を持った細胞（卵胞膜黄体細胞）が赤血球の間に埋まっている。この右側に接し

て強い塩基性好性を示す胞体をもった細胞があり、さらにその右には黄体細胞化の進-

んだ大きな明るい胞体を持つ細胞（顆粒層黄体細胞）が見られる。画面の右半分を占-

めている細胞群は黄体細胞化があまり進んでいない顆粒層の細胞である。顆粒層の細-

胞の間にも多数の赤血球が散在している。-----------------------------------------------------

Higher magnification of “Ovary 13”. The left 1/5 of this field corresponds to the-----

theca folliculi interna undergoing the luteinization; polygonal cells with lucent-------

cytoplasm are embedded with erythrocytes. Right to it are granulose cells showing-

somewhat progressed luteinization. The right half of the field occupy the granulosa

cells, whose cytoplasm still keeps intense affinity with basic dyes.------------------------
