ヒト、フォルマリン固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、x 480. (Yale大学の標本).

これは顆粒層黄体細胞で、胞体の黄色の色調がよく保たれている。胞体内の多数の

空胞は、標本製作の過程で抜け落ちた脂質の跡である。細胞間に見られる結合組織

細胞や毛細血管は卵胞膜に由来するものである。 ----------------------------------------

This is to show the yellow hue of the granulosa lutein cells. Small vacuoles in--

their cell bodies are traces of fat extracted by the process of specimen-making.

Capillaries and connective tissue cells are originated from the theca folliculi.---
