卵巣24．白体2.

ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、M-G 染色、x 75.

これは「卵巣23」と同じ標本にM-G染色を施したﾓﾝである。「卵巣23」で述べたー

ように、白体は膠原性の瘢痕組織であり、細胞を殆ど含まない。この図は膠原性物--

質を青く染める染料アニリンブルーで染色したもので、淡い青色に染まった白体の-

内部には、ごく少数の核が散在しているのみである。白体を取り巻く膠原繊維は濃-

い青色に染まっている。-------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the same ovary as “Ovary 23” but stained with M-G method, staining-----------

collagenous hyaline substance blue with anilinblue. The hyaline substance of---------

the corpus albicans stains less intensely blue than the collagenas fibers surrounding

it (left end of this figure). Among the faintly blue-stained substance of the corpus----

albicans a very few nuclei( reddish staind) are scattered.------------------------------------
