ヒト、月経周期第22日、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、x 400.
卵管の上皮は単層円柱上皮で、上皮細胞には繊毛を持つものと、繊毛を持たずに------
分泌作用を営むものとがある。繊毛を持つ細胞(cil)は、胞体が明るく、核は卵円形----
で胞体の上半部に位置し、胞体の自由表面には著明な閉鎖堤(tb)を持ち、そこから-----
管腔に向かって長い繊毛を突出させている。繊毛を持たない細胞(sec)は胞体が暗く、
顆粒状を呈している。上皮は著明な基底膜(bm)を介してその下の粘膜固有層に付着---
する。固有層と粘膜下組織の境は明らかでなく、結合組織の中には複雑に錯綜する----
多数の平滑筋繊維が存在するが、上皮下には縦走する繊維が多い。筋繊維は子宮に----
近づくほど多く密になる。卵管膨大部に受け入れられた卵の子宮への輸送には、繊----
毛の動きとともに、これらの筋繊維のリズミカルに収縮が大きく関与している。------

Epithelium
of the Oviduct is simple columnar, and consists of cells with cilia and------
cells with secretory function. The former(cil) have lucent cytoplasm and oval nucleus
in
the upper half of the cytoplasm. They provide conspicuous terminal bar(tb) at
the-
free
surface and numerous cilia. The latter(sec) have dark granular cytoplasm and---
long
elliptic nucleus. Both they attach to the conspicuous basement membrane(bm)--
and
further to the subepitheliar connective tissue. The lamina propria and tela--------
submucosa
intermingle with each other and contain a lot of smooth muscle fibers----
with
various directions. They contribute to the transport of egg from the ampulla-----
of
oviduct to the uterus. Ves is a blood vessel.---------------------------------------------------
