サル、SUSA液で固定、セロイディン包埋、H-E染色、x 480.

これは皮質の表層部に密集する幼弱な卵胞（原始卵胞）である。個々の卵胞は

１個の大きな卵細胞とこれに密着する単層扁平上皮様の卵胞上皮からなる。皮

質の実質を構成する支質の細胞は、ヘマトキシリンに濃染する細長い楕円形ま

たは紡錘形の核を持った細長い細胞で、密集して、縦・横・斜めに、列をなし

て並んでいる。原始卵胞はこれらの支質細胞の配列とは無関係に支質細胞の間

に埋まっている。--------------------------------------------------------------------------

These are the primordial egg-follicles embedded in the stroma-cells. The--------

stroma-cells are long elliptical or spindle in shape densely arranged as flows----

in various directions. The primordial egg-follicles, consisting of a large egg-cell

and follicular epitheliar cells, being alike as the simple squamous epithelium,--

are embedded among the stroma-cells independent of the arrangement of the
