子宮1.　子宮体横断全景．

これはサルの子宮体の横断面の全景である。子宮の壁は内腔である子宮腔を囲む

粘膜（子宮内膜）、厚い筋層（子宮筋層）、及び表面を包む腹膜（子宮外膜）の３

層からなる。子宮体の前面と後面を被う腹膜は子宮体の左右両側縁で合して子宮

広間膜となるが、その前葉と後葉の間は子宮に出入する血管・リンパ管・神経を

含む疎な結合組織で満たされている。粘膜である子宮内膜は性成熟の女性では、-

約28日を周期とする変化を繰り返している。この図では、子宮腔を取り巻く紫色

のやや濃い厚い層である。筋層は平滑筋からなる厚い層で、内膜を輪状に取り巻-

く密な内層と、筋繊維の間に多数の血管を含むやや疎な中層と、主として縦走す--

る筋繊維からなる外層が区別されるが、これらの筋繊維は全体としては、子宮腔--

の内容物を押し出すように働く。------------------------------------------------------------

This is a transverse section of Corpus uteri of a monkey. The wall of the uterus-

consists of 3 concentric layers, mucous membrane(Endometrium), muscular-----

layer(Myometrium), and surface covering peritoneum(Perimetrium). The---------

endometrium performs periodic changes with a cycle of about 28 days, the--------

menstrual cycle. In this figure the endometrium surrounding the uterine lumen-

shows somewhat deep violet hue. The myometrium is very thick consisting of----

tightly composed smooth muscle fibers running along various directions. The-----

perimetrium shifts at the lateral flank of corpus uteri to the Ligamentum latum

uteri containing blood vessels, lympatics, nerves and loose connective tissue.------
