エストロゲンの影響下で、子宮内膜は一層厚くなり、子宮腺はラセン状に迂曲し、

腺腔が不規則に拡大を始めた。腺底部の周囲に密集していた細胞成分は消失し、―

内膜の固有層における細胞成分の密度は一様になった。固有層における血管が拡―

張を始めている。―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

Human, specimen was obtained at an operation, fixation with Bouin’s fluid,

embedding with paraffin, H-E stain, x 30.――――――――――――――――

The endometrium, stimulated by estrogen, becomes thicker and uterine glands―

show tortuous course and irregular widening of the lumen. The cell mass among

the glandular bottoms now disappeared and distribution of stroma cells is even―-

in the whole endometrium and blood vessels become widened.------------------------
