子宮８．ラセン動脈．

ヒト、月経周期第22日、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、x 120.

これは月経周期第22日の子宮内膜の機能層の深部に見られるラセン動脈である。

画面の右約２/３では内膜の支質の細胞間に液体が貯留して浮腫状になっている。

左下から右上に向かって、曲がりくねって走っているのがラセン動脈である。画-

面の左約１/３では、腺腔が拡大して盛んな分泌を行っている子宮腺が見られる。

Human, on the 22^nd day of menstrual cycle, fixation with Bouin’s fluid, embedding

with paraffin, H-E stain, x120.------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a spiral artery found in the deep layer of the endometrium, running tortuous

from left bottom to right top. In the right 2/3 of the field, spaces among the stromal-

cells are filled with exudate, looking as edema. The left 1/3 of the field is occupied---

by uterine glands with wide lumen indicating active secretion.---------------------------
