ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、ヴィクトリアブルー-フロ
キシン染色の後ライトグリーンで染色、ｘ 400.---------------
これはヴィクトリアブルーでβ細胞を濃青色に染め、フロキシンで-------
α細胞を赤く染めた後にライトグリーンで結合組織繊維を緑色に染め----
た標本である。図の下部中央の右に位置する、１個の胞体が無色透明な
細胞がD細胞である。-------------------------------------------

Human, fixation with Bouin's fluid, embedding with paraffin,
Victoria blue and phloxin and lightgreen stain, x 400.
In this specimen β-cells are stained with Victoria blue and ------
α-cells with phloxin, and therafter connective tissue fibers with ---
lightgreen. At lower middle of this field there is a D-cell of colorless
lucent cell body.-------------------------------------------
