ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、ヘルマンの鍍銀法、ｘ 160.
これは、膵臓15に隣接する切片に、ヘルマンの鍍銀法を施したもの------
である。この鍍銀法ではD細胞の胞体内の特殊顆粒だけが硝酸銀に-----
反応して黒化する。D細胞はソマトスタティンを分泌することが明らかに----
なった。-------------------------------------------------------

This is the specimen, neighboring to the Pancreas 15, treated with --
Hellman's silver impregnation method. Treated with this method the-
specific granules in D-cells react to silver ion and blacken. It became
evident that D-cells secrete somatostatin. ----------------------
