ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 64.
膵臓の内分泌部は、H-E染色で淡桃色に染まる細胞の集団で、濃い------
青紫色に染まる外分泌部の中に島のように散在するので膵島と呼ばれる。-
これは外分泌部に囲まれた1個の膵島（ランゲルハンス島）である。--------
膵島は切片標本では直径50〜200ミクロンの多角形の領域として現れ、----
周囲の外分泌部からは薄い結合組織の皮膜で境されている。------------

The endocrine portion of the pancreas is called islets of Langerhans,--------
because they are scattered as small cell groups, faintly stained pink,--------
throughout the exocrine portion, deeply stained bluish-violet. The islets -----
of Langerhans measures 50~200 micron-meter in diameter and demarcated -
from exocrine portion with thin connective tissue capsule. ----------------
