ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 100.
膵島を構成する内分泌細胞は、連なって細胞索を作り、これが-------
分岐・吻合して、全体として複雑な立体的網工を形成する。この------
網工の網の目は、腔の広い「窓あき型毛細血管」で満たされている。--
内分泌細胞には、細胞体が酸性染料に染まるα細胞、塩基性染料に-
染まるβ細胞、及び、どちらにも染まらないD細胞の３種類の細胞-----
があるが、H-E染色ではこれらを明瞭に識別することは不可能である。-
この図は1個の膵島の概観を示すものである。---------------------

The endocrine cells of the islets constitute cell cords and in turn they ----
constitute complex 3-dimensional meshworks. The interspaces among ----
the meshworks are filld with fenestrated capillary vessels of large caliber. -
There are 3 kinds of endocrine cells, i.e. 　α-,β-, and D-cells, but using --
the H-E staining they cannot be recognizable. This figure shows the general
view of an islet.--------------------------------------------------
