ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 300.

サルでは精子形成の過程が、精細管の遠位から近位に向かって規則正しく

波状に進行して行くが、ヒトではそのような規則性がなく、各部位でばら

ばらに進行する。従ってヒトでは精娘細胞を見つけることは容易でない。

この図では画面の左下部に４個の精娘細胞が確認される。-------------------

In monkey the spermatogenetic process proceeds regularly from the distal----------

portion to the proximal portion of the seminigerous tubules, but in human there--

is no such regularity so that it is very difficult to find the secondary spermatocytes

in histological specimens.In this field 4 secondary spermatocytes are recognized----

at lower left corner (see “Testis 18”).-----------------------------------------------------------
