直精細管は精巣縦隔に入ると、不規則に拡大し枝分かれして、全体として

精巣網と呼ばれる腔所となる。これは緻密結合組織である精巣縦隔の中に

生じた不規則な裂け目のような腔所の集合体であり、その腔所は直精細管

の上皮細胞に似た単層立方ないし単層扁平上皮で縁取られている。--------

The rete testis is a very complicated complex of irregular split-like spaces filling-----

the dense connective tissue of the mediastinum testis. The lumen of the rete testis

is lined by the simple cuboidal or simple squamous epithelium.--------------------------
