ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 200.

精巣輸出管は10~15本あり、直径150~400μｍ、長さ約20cmの管で、

それぞれが高度に曲がりくねっていて、全体として精巣上体の前上端部-

を構築する（「精巣１」参照）。管腔を縁取る上皮細胞は、丈の低い単層-

円柱上皮の部分と、丈の高い２列の円柱上皮の部分が交互に配列してい

るので、管腔の輪郭は横断面でも縦断面でも、不規則な凹凸を示す。----

The ductuli efferentes testis, 10~15 in number, each highly convoluted, constitute---

the upper and anterior portion of the Epididymis (see “Testis 1”). Each ductulus------

efferens testis is 150~400μm in diameter and lined with two kinds of epitheliar-----

cells i.e. simple low cylindrical cells and higher cylindrical cells in two rows.-----------

As they lined the lumen alternatively, the outline of the lumen shows irregularities.
