精巣26．精巣上体管 1．

ヒト、ブアン液で固定、パラフィン包埋、H-E染色、ｘ 75.

精巣上体管は直径300~400μm、長さ4~6ｍの非常に長い一本の管で、

高度に曲がりくねって、全体として精巣上体の主体を形成し、その後下

端部において真っ直ぐな精管に移行する。精巣上体管の上皮は非常に丈

の高い2列の円柱上皮で、自由表面に長い不動毛をそなえている。細胞-

の丈は管の全周を通して一様であるので、横断面での管の輪郭は凹凸を

示さない。上皮細胞は著明な基底膜に裏打ちされており、更にその外側

を緩やかなラセンを描く結合組織繊維と平滑筋繊維によって取り巻かれ

ている。平滑筋繊維は遠位に進むにつれて多くなり、終わりに近い部分

では縦走する繊維も加わる。-----------------------------------------------------

Ductus epididymidis is a thick (300~400μm in diameter) and very long--------------

(4~6m in length) as well as very highly convoluted single duct and forms,----------

with the surrounding connective tissue, as a whole the substance of the------------

epididymis. Ductus epididymidis becomes less tortuous as it approaches to----------

the distal end and finally shifts to the straight ductus deferens. The lumen is------

lined by a very tall pseudostratified columnar epithelium. The tall epitheliar-------

cells provide on their free surface a tuft of long, non-motile stereocilia. The--------

basement membrane is surrounded by a circular layer of connective tissue fibers

as well as smooth muscle fibers. Approaching to the distal end circular smooth----

muscle fibers increase in number and longitudinal fibers also take part.------------
