前立腺は膀胱の下に接し、前方が小さく後方が大きい栗の実大の器官で、-----

前方のやや細くなった部分を尿道が上から下へ貫いている。前立腺は尿-------

道から放線状に放散する30~50本の導管に続く複雑な管状胞状腺である-------

が、それぞれの腺を隔てる間質結合組織の中に非常に多くの平滑筋繊維--------

を含んでいるために、独特の固さを示す。分泌部は走行中に膨れたりく

びれたりするので、切片標本上では形も大きさも様々な腺腔の集合体に

見える｡

The Prostata is a gland, being alike to a chestnut inform and largeness,------------

and locates under the urinary bladder. Its smaller anterior portion is----------------

penetrated by urethra. The prostata is a complex tubulo-alveolar gland with------

30~50 excretory ducts, that open into the urethra. In the interstitial connective--

tissue there are a lot of smooth muscle fibers, causing to provide the organ--------

specific hardness. As the secretory portions irregularly bulge and shrink during--

their course, the gland appears on the sections as a complex of lumens of various
